On 25th August 2010 BGIMS welcomed its new batch of students for the Academic year 2010-2012.

On the auspicious occasion the Guest of Honour was Mr.P.M. Bhawalkar (Sr. Vice President-HR, Reliance Retail Ltd.). He enlightened students with the present corporate scenario and also shared his own industry experience with them.

The director of BGIMS Dr. Sunil Karve also marked his presence and gave the students a vision for their career. He also propounded the golden rules of BGIMS and inculcated a right meaning of Attitude in their minds.
